Target Asia Fund, L.P., invests primarily in equity and equity-linked securities of companies which are located in or have significant earnings derived from Asia. The fund seeks to achieve capital appreciation by generally investing in securities of a select number of companies that are in the growth phase of development, are undergoing restructuring to enhance value, are undervalued by the market with an expected catalyst to unlock value, or are conducting other value added strategies which may result in an increase in earnings or better realization of their intrinsic values.
