During the 1990s Holding Capital commenced a
process of geographical and functional diversification. Investments were
made in Value Partners of Hong Kong and The Vostok Fund in Moscow. Initially
focused on the money management business, these two affiliates have now
expanded into private equity investing in their respective markets. The
